For the better part of the past 20 years I have been building businesses and learning about money.

How you view money will determine how much you attract or push away. The thing that surprised me about money was there aren’t many places that you can take courses to learn how money really works.
In other words, how money works in the Real World!
Besides building business’s for the past 20 years, I have been studying The Law Of Money.
Why do the rich get richer and the poor get poorer?
What I have found in my deep search for those answers was the fact that the wealthy are very Financially Educated and they have a Financial Team Of Advisers. Life and family wealth building are Team Sports! Most people fail to obtain their dreams because they are playing the game by themselves!
When you understand how money and finances really work a whole new world will be at your fingertips. You do not have to earn more money to build wealth. Most people are not doing well, because of their current money habits and financial education.
Unfortunately most people do not know the difference between an Asset and a Liability! It is very hard to build family Wealth when you are struggling with the basics money fundamentals. Part of the problem is when professional accountants and financial planners tell people that their home is an Asset!
Here is the simple litmus test as to whether something is an Asset or a Liability.
If a piece of Real Estate puts money into your pocket at the end of the month after all of the expenses, then it is an Asset.
If that same piece of Real Estate takes money from your pocket at the end of the month after all expenses, then it is a Liability.
If a person or company responsible for managing a piece of property doesn’t know how to properly do their job you can easily see how the same property could be either an Asset to Liability. Each piece of property is like a mini business.
Fortunes are being amassed around Real Estate by people who understand how to properly manage each piece of Real Estate in their portfolio. Paper Assets like stocks are the same thing, if you do not know much about the business, then do not get into that type of investing. Life is your Gift and what you do with it is your responsibility!
Now as far as your personal home is concerned. Even if you do not have a mortgage any more, you are still paying property tax’s, home owners insurance, utilities and maintenance. Is it putting money in your pocket or taking it away?
So at the end of the month, is your personal home an Asset or a Liability?
Like I said earlier, there are no colleges or standard schools that you can go to for the type of financial education that I am talking about. There are general economics and accounting classes. But what I’m talking about goes much deeper than that. When you hear people say, investing in Real Estate is risky. Investing in the stock market is risky. Opening a business is risky. That is because they do not know much about those subjects. That is how it always is in life. When you’re not sure about a certain business or system. It does seem risky to you and it should. The reason you are seeing so many people lose money in Real Estate, and the stock market is because people do not have the financial education to properly handle their accounts. We as Americans are now responsible for our own retirement. I am totally for being responsible for my own retirement. I do not want the government or anyone else to handle it for me.
So with that being said, the American government is letting you as a free American. Make your own decisions about your retirement. That’s where the problem comes in our traditional schools and colleges were not designed to teach us about retirement investing, real estate investing, the stock market. So people are being too lazy to learn about those things and turning over their money hopes and dreams to a third-party company. When you rely on someone else for your life’s retirement. All you can do is hope that they know what they’re doing. I never take that approach! I am not going to put my future and my childrens future, in someone else’s hands.
It’s time to take responsibility for your own business and your own retirement. There are a lot of companies like mine that are now offering training and mentor to help people do their own investments with their own knowledge of what they like. When you are educated about what you are investing in. You start making money, not losing money.
Your financial education should be something you continue for life, and pass on to your children and their children. Just like your trust fund for your real estate and assets.
Like I was saying in earlier paragraph. We have everything available to us in the United States. You do not have to earn more money. There Is nothing wrong with earning more money. But with the laws we currently have available to us with the proper business structures IE (corporate structures, tax structures). You can do very nicely with the same income you have now. But if you don’t take advantage of all of the corporate structures and legal tax loopholes . You’re leaving money on the table and not building family wealth!
